Came in today with an inkjet printer that was stubbornly insisting it had a paper jam though I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Other shops I called told me to bin it as it wasn’t worth trying to fix, but when I called Cartridge UK, Nigel said to bring it in and he’d have a look. He spent around 15 minutes working on it and managed to get it up and running again! Incredible, friendly service, will definitely be revisiting for any printer/printing needs. Thank you!!

We bought some cartridges from this store the gentleman who served us was really helpful. When we got them home we struggled to get them to fit, so my partner took them back and was served by a different gentleman ( can't really call him that). He was very abrupt, boardering on rude. Needs to go on a customer service course.
