Got a duff cartridge (one of two purchased) and my Laser printer rejected it as 'Not original" - an email to CS quickly responded to and some detective work led to the conclusion the cartridge may have been faulty and so we tried the second and it worked fine. CS then promptly offered to replace or refund, I went for a refund and they did so.

It's been outstanding service. I bought my cartridges about a year ago before they ran out of ink. When I needed to use them they no longer worked as HP had upgraded the software to stop them from being used. I called the helpline, got through to a real person and they talked me through a way to reset the printer. This didn't work so I called them again and they sent me new cartridges, with no requirement to send the other ones back and no postage fees. It's rare to get service this good and I will be using them Cartridge Save again. Thank you
