Helpful and knowledgeable. I bought two generic cartridges for my HP printer and had two original cartridges refilled. My printer objected to the colour cartridge after a couple of weeks. The owner was helpful in suggesting some things to try to fix the issue. When these did not work he simply exchanged the cartridge. Great service!

Very very poor quality printer ink! I bought 2 colour 302 and 1 black 302. Neither colour printed any red AT ALL and the second cartridge ran out after about 5 pages of print and they were not full colour pages just normal business pages. the colour leaked on the printer track. The black which was supposed to be XL never gave that extra quantity performance.
