I visited Cartridge and Photos works to get some photos printed of our son's graduations as we finally had the frames. The young gentleman who looked after me was so professional. He was so helpful and I bought a frame from you too and he even put the phot in the frame for me. It is very hard to find businesses that have good members of staff and this young man is certainly one of those. He is a great asset to the business. Great photos, prompt service. We will be returning for more prints and our passport photos too. Thank you

Absolutely amazing service! I needed a passport photo to renew my current one. On arrival at cartridge works the gentleman swiftly offered me a package for £25which would include the photo, getting the photo approved immediately, the full application done by himself online and a written envelope with where I needed to send my old passport with advice to send signed for. Best £25 spent in a very long time. I was in the shop no more than 15 mins and 10 days later my new passport has arrived. Many many thanks and you will see me soon to convert my old camcorder recordings to dvd.

Had a photo printed onto a jigsaw puzzle. Nothing like the one in the shop and damaged! Shop offered to get another one done. Promised it would be done today as I needed it no later for a present. Go to pick it up and the shop is closed!!! Will be going in, when they are open to get my money back. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement!
