Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever use these guys. I booked through easyJet and I didn’t realize it was through a third-party so any of the car rentals have their arms tied and you cannot talk to anybody and Customer Service and you don’t have any idea what’s going on and you’re just gonna lose money. Learn from my mistakes and might just wasting 500 pounds for which I want to totally throw up. I’m so stressed out about it. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever book on Easy Jet for a car never ever ever ever ever. Go directly to the car dealership. My plane was delayed by three hours and when we got to the airport the Sixt was closed. We had to pay €100 to get to our hotel and I called six to have some help and they had no way to help me because I booked through a third-party but I didn’t realize that so I would stay as far away from this company as you can and never book on easyJet for a car.

Like everyone else that has written a review - DO NOT touch anything that this company is linked to. They blatantly lie to you and do not do what they say they are going to but you only find that out when you contact them as my experience is that they simply don't communicate at all. I have now put in a formal complaint to AXA Insurance, who back their policies, and will refer them to Insurance Ombudsman in 8 weeks if the matter hasn't been resolved.

Scammers! STAY AWAY! This company will charge you the full price for a rental, but only transfer half to the rental company. This means the rental company will have to charge you the other half when you pick up the car, and these scammers pocket the difference.

Bad experience. Hired a car from Uber (which partnered with CarTrawler), there wasn’t enough explanation on the terms and conditions, that we ended up spending £83 for nothing to cancel 2 bookings, and left with no cars still. We provided a valid driving license, but they required an international driving permit too which wasn’t stated in the T&C. I booked on behalf of my dad (which doesn’t have a single idea of how smartphone works, plus Uber doesn’t even run anymore in my country ) and apparently it was unacceptable.
