DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE- they sell faulty cars I got a Mercedes a class less than 6 months ago and it’s constantly showing faults then the staff have tried to get more money out of me for fixing the problems, the staff are horrible and not helpful atall, if you don’t want to be ripped off I’d recommend going somewhere else DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY DEALERSHIP

very poor experience of buying a car here. only interested in selling warranty and service plans ect. Drove home some 200 miles with tyre pressure and DPF warning lights on . Never heard from Cartime service dept as promised and got my own mechanic to remedy the problems. Paid cash , never got much fuel and not even shown controls of car.

Wish I Could Give 0 Stars. Took my car as part exchange, then put it up for £6000 profit. Sold me a vehicle which I went into negative equity for because the deal they gave me didn't cover my vehicle. Sold knowingly with an MOT failure, the paint was terrible which I wasn't able to see when I picked it up due to the weather (dark & raining) the vehicle had rust inside the arches, bonnet, and side skirts too, and had to jump start 3 times in 6 days of ownership, it was modified and sold to me without any disclosure of issues, mods, etc. The vehicle's top engine mount then broke, and the suspension was also replaced and done badly on one side, the vehicle is essentially a CAT N-S potentially. Broke down within 6 days and was declared unsafe to drive. They then made me pay to prove it was broken because they refused to take the car back for "cosmetic issues" The whole car was repainted, one side of the suspension was replaced and done badly because the bolts were done the wrong way round...But their salesman wanted to tell me they do a 200 point check when the car comes in.... I've lost money, time and I had to buy a new vehicle. Avoid this dealership, they have been nothing but scam artists for me

Visited the site recently and would have no issue in buying from them but unfortunately, their cars seem way overpriced in comparison. Have now bought a car this weekend from another dealership which was over £2500 cheaper for pretty much the same car, albeit a different colour and slightly newer. Shame as the staff were very helpful and friendly.
