Perfect visit for my daughter today to shop for her very first piece of Cartier for her upcoming 16th birthday. We visited the Bond Street store. Heather took extremely good care of us and treated my daughter so lovely and in a grown up manner. We were very well looked after and our entire time in store was delightful. It was my first visit to the Cartier London Maison (February 2022). An excellent experience, I must say. I was there for the watches, but Cartier offers so much more, and that entire world can be felt in the beautiful interior and the jewellery on display at this location. I had also been reading about the Cartier family history and wanted to get some first hand impressions. – I had heard from other fans of Cartier that the customer service was excellent and I can confirm this. Mrs Wilson was very helpful and I could feel that she was passionate about Cartier and knowledgable, far removed from the transactional experience one witnesses elsewhere sometimes.

We have bought a new watch from Cartier New Bond Street. However, the staff that served us, a tall, old, white woman, was very rude. She treated us like thieves. She told us straight away she doesn’t have the watch even though I saw it in the show room and luckily pointed it out. Then she brought it over with a grumpy and annoyed look. After that, when my wife wanted to check the size, she rudely shouted at her telling her to only look at the watch and not to touch it. She only wanted to check the length of the strap. We wouldn’t have bought it if I hadn’t promised my brother the Cartier watch as his birthday gift. Additionally, only after we had made the transaction, her attitude changed completely and she started to try to make good conversations with us. My wife has also recently purchased a Cartier watch from Selfridges and the lady who served us was very kind. The behaviour of the staff has dropped the value of Cartier. Cartier is a high end brand that should not have staff like this.
