Wish I could give one star, unhelpful, unfriendly. There are some wonderful doctors, but some are derogatory and treat you less then human, which was the care I received when I was last there, moved to a much better practice. Dr Alex Rawlings was absolutely horrendous and as leaving his office very upset, told me after telling me I could leave that, if I felt like doing something to myself to call Samaritans. No words can describe how that man treat me. But he doesn't even deserve the 1 star.

Categorically the worst medical practice that I’ve had to deal with. Every three months they mess up my prescription scripts, specifying only half the meds that I need. They have completely broken my vaccination records, and every time I need a letter, they get my name wrong. Just incompetent and uncaring.

Everyone I have seen at the surgery, both for myself and with my daughter have been brilliant. My daughter has been quite poorly and I have never been made to feel that I am causing a problem when asking for advice. Everyone has been kind, considerate and very helpful. The doctors have gone out of their way to reassure me and to get the right treatments and investigations for us. Thank you so much.

not sure about all the negative reviews as i have had nothing but a positive experience at this practice! i have been a member for around 3 years and it is only from a year ago that i have used it regularly. due to covid my health anxiety got really bad and every time i have been the nurses/gps have always taken there time to listen to me and give me a once over to assure me that i am ok. even when i have an issue that i do need sorting it has always been fast and efficient- even getting same day appointments to see a nurse or gp. i recently had blood tests and they came back within 2 days. and i would also like to hilight the fact that the reception staff are always kind and welcoming when answering the phone, which can be hard to come by!
