I wanted some new varifocals in a plastic frame with thin lenses and needed advice on the best choices re current fashion, frames and lenses. These questions were all answered pleasantly and clearly. I could probably have taken more frames home to try, but took 4 to evaluate and ask family and friends their opinion. A couple of days and I'd narrowed the choice down to 2. Further thoughts on my part regarding these frames resulted in being offered the chance to meet with one of the frame suppliers representatives at the opticians where a final choice was made. I have a fairly high level of correction so Carter Bailey's service enabled me to achieve my aim of having thin lenses in a modern style of frame. All sorted in a couple of weeks including the lenses coming from Germany. Always made to feel welcome.

CB offers friendly, expert and knowledgeable care, great advice and dependable after-care for both spectacles and contact lenses. Great with the kids and adults alike.
