I bought a ford transit from Richard at van star, and I have had a very positive experience. I allowed a week or so to pass to mull over what I think. They have wide selection of choice and what really impressed me was I live over 250 miles away in Plymouth Devon and when I travelled up, the van was exactly as described and in excellent working order, I was driving away in my van within 5 days other companies said to me I would have to wait 8-9 days. Richard even sorted out my V5 form for me online, just generally very responsible, they offered a very good warranty on my van. There was no fuss not complicated. I think they are a popular van supplier and they have a good standard they hold themselves too, and I think it is paying off for them. My experience and the van can only be described as 5-stars. I would travel to them again.

Have recently bought a Renault Trafic Combi from Vanstar. Garry the Sales Manager did me a walk around video as I was approx 190 miles away! The vehicle was exactly as described. No pushy sales, no pressure just honest and reassuring. Garry didn’t even get flustered when there was a delay in payment, he just rearranged the delivery to suit. The delivery driver was also politeness personified and had a genuine interest in my vehicle. Overall a great experience thank you.

I have just part exchanged my car for a Ford pickup. The service from Guy and the rest of the team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle but help and advice was offered when requested. The transaction was smooth and easy to carry out. I personally would recommend popping in if you are thinking about a vehicle. This was my first visit to Vanstar(Leeds), I am not associated with this company in any way.

Very impressed by Van Star Leeds. I recently bought a minibus however driving it back to Scotland I noticed a very strong smell coming into the cab. I continued my journey home and notified Gary (salesman). It was a Saturday night and to his credit, Gary came straight back to me with instructions. After investigations by my local garage the fault was diagnosed as a battery and alternator fault. Alan, the aftersales manager at Van Star was brilliant and without any hassle whatsoever instructed that new parts be fitted. The entire bill was paid for by Van Star. This was my 1st dealings with Van Star and I can thoroughly recommend this company and have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star review.
