    Shocking customer service! I visited yesterday for mini valet, I called ahead and was told they were not busy, but by the time I arrived they were doing a mini valet which is fine, I asked what time I could come back and was advised they dont take bookings, fair enough although I have been given a time in the past. I asked if shampoo could be done(clearly car wash as I am in a car wash) David, who informed me that he is the manager, said 'I think your in the wrong place love' we have never done shampoos! I pointed to the board with prices! his answer that is car wash. Very sarcastic and clearly pushes customers away. I live locally and use this place on a regular basis. I told him his attitude stinks. whoever owns this place should spend some time with staff training as satisfied customers mean repeat business. I will not be back
