I've bought cars from here the past 3 times and this time I got a really good deal and the staff dealt with my sale swiftly. My new car then started to have problems, Carshop as a company wasn't very helpful with the aftersales and when I tried to sell the car back to them they offered me £4000 less than the amount I paid 3 months earlier which is a joke. I felt like they sold me a car not fit for purpose and once I left the showroom they didn't care. What I can say is Poppy Edwards is by far one of the most professional people I have ever met. When the car was eventually sorted it was all down to Poppy and she bent over backwards to help us and arranged things the company swore they couldnt. If it wasnt for Poppy I would of struggled giving 4 stars.
