Previously a good experience but not so much more recently. Explained my requirements clearly and was keen to leave them with what we needed based on previous good experience. in the meantime extended lease of present car to provide time to find what Carsave were sourcing. Explained all of this clearly to them. Heard nothing for a couple of months and chased up only to feel like I'd been completely forgotten about and was told the lead time on what we originally wanted was now going to be pushed back further. Felt 2 months had been wasted when we could have been seeking something else. Real shame because previous experience with the company had been very positive.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Tom at Carsave right from Day 1 to the delivery of our new car. This was the first time I had gone down the lease route and if I am to do it again I would have no qualms about using Carsave based almost entirely on Tom's service. Tom was super responsive both by email and phone and took the time to explain the T&C's in plain language and answer all of my questions. The most impressive part of the service I received was Tom's reaction to me moving the date forward twice for my preferred delivery date. I was asking an awful lot to get the car for when I wanted but time after time Tom went out if his way to engage with the retailer to see what could be done. Tom never over promised and managed my expectations really well At the end of it all, we received our car 2 weeks in advance of the initial agreement. A very very happy customer. Top marks all round.

Highly Recommend! It's my second time using Carsave and both times I have found them extremely efficient and professional in arranging my new car. Mainly dealt with Jon (Harvey), who was always very quick to respond to any queries I had. He also didn't mind me asking lots of questions when running through alternative car options. He even emailed me back when he was supposed to be on leave. The car arrived quickly and it was a swift service. I will use them again when I need another car!
