Buying a car from there. Left messages to ask to be called back twice as the salesman I wanted to speak to was busy, calls not returned. Third time he was available. When we collected the car I was asked to fill in a survey about my thought on the garage in front of the salesman. When we got home we realised the 'locking wheel nut' was missing. Essential to change a tyre. Car obviously not checked properly by the garage.
