Bought an Aston Martin from cars to go, Neil was the dealer I dealt with, a very decent nice fella. Done the deal just before Christmas went picked the am up drove home and found,there were a few little issues wrong,the oxygen sensor on the emissions kept flagging up and the reverse parking sensors only worked now and again. Phoned Neil up to explain what was happening ,very very helpful because I live in Wales know am dealers to have a look Neil offered me to come back he loaned me a lovely jag to use,a week l8r I went back down all fixed at a bit of an expense to the company but what great service i will definitely part ex my car in the future there if I can upgrade the vantage. Thanks Neil all is going great with the car.

A dealership that discriminates on age and appearance. Matters made worse due to it being from the owner himself. Very rude and disconcerting. A loss of a potential sale for a premium vehicle. Stay away from this dealership, extremely atrocious customer service!

I only paid £500 to insure the car for a week with no other conditions announced, but I just changed my mind and mr neil says he would never give me my money back. The car had very used rear doors, the engine compartment was very dirty, the interior of the car was dirty, and a dent in the left rear door. mr neil has the car plus my £500 but he has no shame in his face.
