Its always a bit of a worry, to put a deposit down on a car and of a dealer you know nothing about. Having arrived at train station and picked up by Shaf, it was quite apparent that he's a true and sound guy. Car was exactly how he described it to be, no hassle with me looking it over and with test drive. He is in new premises now, have no doubt that it will look the part in the coming months. Genuinely the best car dealership I've ever bought a car from. On arrival I was approached and handed the key to the car I was interested in. The owner was quite happy for me to have a good look around followed by a test drive without hassle or hovering over my shoulder. There was no pressure to buy the car and any questions I had were answered with correct documentation to back up. I was treated like a human rather than the next person to make them a sale. Would definitely recommend Cars HQ. Purchased my first car from them last week, a lovely little Fiat 500. I was satisfied with the deal & the warranty that was offered. Had looked at other flats of the same age & this one was a fair price with lower mileage. So far the car drives well & looks lovely. Cant wait to pass my test now.
