    Unfortunately I'm having to change my review from a 5* to a 2* We came in to the showroom to look at a car and after speaking to the sales man we decided to purchase, leaving a deposit on the vehicle. Thinking things had gone well and it was an easy process, were now almost 3 weeks down the line. We have rung and emailed a number of times and we can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone as to what is happening, we haven't even been told how much the actual price we're paying for the vehicle. Was told they'd have to add £500 onto the price but can't give us an answer on how much that is. Don't return calls or emails, just takes messages for people then no one gets back in touch. Very disappointing and an unhappy client.

    **AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Pre-sales service 10 out of 10. From the point of purchase onwards the worst Service I have ever experienced 0 out of 10. Phone calls not returned, emails not responded to. Months later and still no sign of the car that I have paid in full for and was originally quoted 5-15days delivery for. CLUELESS - have been told today after them failing again to meet their revised handover date that its all Renaults fault and that they haven't delivered to the dealership for a month (it was actually suggested I ring Renault myself - laughable). Despite providing me with the vehicle reg. of my new vehicle they still can't actually tell me where it is or when it will arrive. Was told that I would receive a follow-up call this afternoon from Ross, surprise, surprise this has not happened (at least they're consistent). ** ZERO STAR'S - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND BUY ELSEWHERE**
