    Following a rather nasty injury, I contacted EC to check the price on rental, having been quoted by RedCross and a few other companies. They were significantly cheaper than every other company who had quoted me and the customer service was second to none. On a more personal level, the staff were empathetic and conversational I would absolutely recommend this service

    So far so good! I ordered a wheelchair yesterday with a leg rest for my partner as he has just had an op on his knee. It has now been delivered less than 24 hours later. The ordering process was really easy and the customer service so far has been amazing. The only down side was the lack of pictures of the website so you just have to hope for the best, in our case it turned up just how we wanted. Hopefully we will never have to, but would definitely use again and recomend!
