    Very disappointed in the sales support. Travelled a long way to see the car. As soon as I said I was only interested in buying one of their secondhand cars (which was less than 12 months old) and not new, the sales person walked away. Obviously, he did not think I could afford it or was not worth his time. I don't like pushy salespersons but it is good to get good information and interest from a salesperson.

    had my seart arona in for oil service yesterday and few other issuses. as always was greeted with a smile and a coffee from the lady on the front desk. Emily was brilliant as ever said they would get the car done asap possible as i was waiting which it was done and cleaned in quicker time than expected. the service manager wayne came out to see me to do a drive around to hear the slight rattle on the car. as always wayne put my mind at ease said he getting on the ramps and find the fault. liam did the oil service and did a full health check on the car sent via video to my phone, he also found the small fault and put it right. overall Emily and her team behind her were fantastic and i would not take my car anywhere top class service guys and someone who has worked in retail for over 30 years i know good service.

    I had my car booked in for a service and some recall work. Due to staff shortages the work was not completed. However Stuart Wynne went out of his way to apologise and offer his apologies. He has assured me that the car will be booked back in and works completed ASAP. Stuart is a real credit to the garage and should be recognised for his outstanding customer service.

    Purchased a 11 month old Cupra Formentor for a very good price from Marshalls a few weeks ago.I was given a fair trade in for my old car and all in all I am more than happy with the deal. I first saw it on Hey cars and after the initial enquiry I was dealt with by Megan Parker from start to finish . Megan was very helpful throughout the whole buying process and kept me informed. One minor problem after i had drove home was sorted out quickly to my satisfaction. I would recomend Marshalls to anyone and thank you once again Megan Michael Silverwood
