Avoid it as a driver if You have an executive car!! They seem and sounds nice at the beginning, but their prices are really low, slightly better than Uber. Go for a chauffeur company such as Wheely or Blacklane, they pay fair prices! Much less deadmile as well, Carrot Cars doesn't care about it. On the top of everything they punishing their drivers with stalling the last salary as much as they possibly can after You leave. I am waiting for mine for over a month!!!! 🤯 And after various explanations and excuses finally I got my proper answer from them from a very arrogant, lecturing and patronising person, from a so called "Lady" over the phone. She literally said "You didn't really work for us, did You?" and "I don't have to explain how our company works to You". And all this for more than 1 months of waiting... compared to the promised weekly salary!! Outrageous treatment!! I would be curious if this let's call her a "Lady" treat everyone on the same way. Or this special treatment was just for me, because She heard my Eastern European accent. Either way this "Lady" should NOT be work in the customer service industry... If there would be an option, I would give them 0 stars.
