After a slight misunderstanding. Carrier came out and made good on a drainage issue I’ve been having since we bought the property from Avant homes. They came out and hollow tined my lawn promptly and even cleared the waste away. Hopefully this will be the end of my garden looking like a swimming pool at the slightest drop of rain. Many thanks
