The yearly insurance premium for my horse was very competitive. When I had to claim the staff were extremely helpful over the phone. They paid the vets directly and very promptly with absolutely no quibbling. During the claim I sold the horse and they paid me back some of my insurance premium as I had paid for the year. After I sold the horse and cancelled the policy the vets sent me an invoice that had been missed and carriagehouse still paid it. Absolutely fantastic service- I couldn’t of asked for any better and will not hesitate to insure with them again.

I’ve had my competition horse insured with Carriagehouse Insurance since last year. I’ve used a variety of different companies over the years but have never had to make a claim. Carriagehouse was straightforward when obtaining a quote online and easy to arrange. Due to my horse developing arthritis, I had to make a claim. I contacted them on the Monday as I wasn’t 100% sure what I needed to do. They sent me the forms required almost immediately. I completed my claim form on the Wednesday morning, my vet did the same and they had settled an hour or so afterwards!! Couldn’t believe it! Fantastic, hassle free service. I’d thoroughly recommend. Thank you
