    I received exceptional , kindly , and professional customer service from Carlisle, Kay (not Head office) and Sarah, in Head Office today . Thank you both so very much , for listening to my frustrated ranting, regarding your Dumfries branch .💐💐. Carlisle 10/10. This relates to the Dumfries branch - I asked the price of a Watchman oil tank monitor, they stated 150 pound. I told them that Carlisle had quoted me 114. I was told the Carlisle one would be a much older model and anyway the main office is nothing to do with them, you are just their sister company! If I wanted one it was 150 pound. Utterly bonkers, I would rather drive to Carlisle and pick one up.The drive takes about a 5 hour round trip on a good day. The the staff at your Dumfries branch are a stark contrast to Carlisle. They are hostile , blunt and extremely challenging to deal with. It appears they roll out of bed with the soul intention of gunning for a fight. I absolutely loathe dealing with them, to the point my oil tank is almost empty. Everything, is such an ordeal. I have been told I need to prove who I am, despite me being a loyal customer for 2 years. I had to send in my driving licence or passport. Despite, me explaining I always pay my bill the day the oil is delivered I have never owed you money. I explained I was house bound and could not get out to send this form back or my ID. I was shouted at and told if I wanted oil , I had to provide my ID, so they knew exactly who I was. I was trying to purchase heating oil, not a machine gun! Dumfries branch are in serious need of training in customer service, basic manners and in some need of anger management. I have had to pay upfront for oil today. I was repeatedly asked how much oil I wanted. I explained , I cannot tell you how much oil I need, as I cannot physically get to my tank due to my health. I wanted it to be filled up, but was told in no uncertain terms. When it reaches 500 litres , the driver will stop filling the tank. Despite, me trying to reason with them, (can he not fill it and before he leaves I will ring in and pay the difference?,) I was told no, I had paid for 500 litres and that is what I would receive. Once it reached 500 the driver would stop filling the tank. There does not seem to be much common sense, knocking about the Dumfries branch. I am a middle aged, disabled housebound, lone woman. Not, some oil thief and fraudster . If I do not pay my bill, surely you could just suck the oil back out the tank! 10/10 Carlisle, you shine warmly and brightly . Dumfries you receive ,a far too high rating of , 0/10 and your rating is dreigh!
