Having only ever bought a new build property I was very nervous about buying an older property and the problems which might occur with doing so. However, working with Richard has made the whole process so much easier. He has been a fabulous at explaining and answering all our questions, professional and also his fees are competitive. I think it spoke volumes about his compentacny when our solicitor commented what a detailed and comprehensive report she had received and I'm sure she sees lots every day.
