The carpet and flooring is great and well fitted but could not close door the carpet fitter was unable to plain the door ,I contacted the shop they organised for a carpenter to contact us, waited 2days nothing ! I arranged this my self to have the work completed. I contacted the shop I was told out of their hands no apology, no offer of a discount bad after sale customer service!!!

We are delighted with our new Lounge/Study carpet fitted by Mark and Jack. They have done a brilliant job. Thank you. We have never used Carpetwise before and have found all the staff we encountered very efficient. The cost of the carpet and services was considerably less than their nearest competitor. When we require further work to be done we will be back.

This company supplied a hall carpet to my 92 year old mother ,the fitter was s disaster not only cutting through her phone cable and sawing too much off her bathroom door,also leaving carpet rubbish and a piece off gripper wood lying around ,I would not recommend that you use them !!!!
