From start to finish Carpetsure provided an exceptional service. They were recommended by a good friend so I was fairly confident that they would do a good job, but I was blown away with the whole process. Our first contact was with a lady called Zena, who was able to answer all of the questions that we had and arranged for Richard to come to the house to undertake a visit so that we would have an accurate quote. Richard was friendly, polite and again was able to answer all of our questions without making us feel stupid for asking them! The team were able to book our cleaning in less than 2 weeks from when we first made contact. This was yesterday and all I can say is wow!! Richard cleaned our carpets upstairs and down (including the stairs) and although it shames me to admit it, we had not realised just how bad they had got. It is like our carpets are brand new! He also cleaned our sofas which again have been tortured by our young children for several years… it seems that they weren’t dull grey all along! Now they look crisp and new! When I think about it, the reason we didn’t get this done sooner was a fear that it would cost us a fortune. How wrong we were! Now we’ve agreed that we’ll get the guys from Carpetsure back regularly, just so that we can have that new house feeling more often.
