    I repeatedly used these guys due to the prices of the carpets which were decent, i also support small businesses and continued to use them even after the following mistakes happened over the last 8 years :- 1. Stairs carpet, brought and fitted wrong carpet 2. Lino, brought and fitted wrong lino 3. New stairs carpet, fitted appalling, had to come back to re fit 4. Dining room carpet - baggy not fitted correct, then got told it would "sort itself" fitters had to come back. Call carpets direct and we somehow got the blame for not "watching the fitters". As mentioned love supporting small businesses but gone beyond point of using again I'm afraid.
