Great experience with Carpetnwood. They provided the carpet as they said they would and all on time. Had an issue with a stain which seemed to have come from our radiator and Adam provided us with carpet cleaner for free and gave us good advice on getting the stain out. Very pleased. Would use again.

They were very quick to fit the carpet after ordering it, very helpful in the shop, and their fitting team were polite and efficient. Adam was very helpful when I went to the showroom and quickly diagnosed what I was after and found me a great option. He never pushed on price and was extremely communicative and efficient in organising the measuring and the fitting. From walking into the shop to having new carpets was a 3 week turnaround. Pretty incredible, especially at the moment!
