Absolutely abysmal. If you don’t want to have your floor replaced within months of having it done I would highly recommend you go else where. I am now having to seek help from other companies to correct this shoddy work who have all told me this is completely unacceptable. From sharp long grippers being used on my stair carpet that poke through and flaps of carpet on our stair runner that are left unfinished to a floor which is completely unlevel, gaps under all my skirting boards, creaking and bouncing when walking across it and floor boards that don’t even line up. Not to mention sunken knots throughout all of the wood which is now starting to chip and have since been told that should never have passed quality control. Would not recommend to anybody.

We have used Carpet Man for Wandsworth for several years for a rental property, and have always been very happy with the product and service. This time we used them for our own home and we were glad we did. Olivia manning the office, and Chris the measurements/product were absolutey excellent. Efficient, communicative and really helpful.
