Initially I was reluctant to try Carpet Outlet Great Bridge as it was more or less a Carpet Warehouse. I’ve always purchased from a high a high street store. However after a high recommendation I was tempted to give it a try. Let’s just say I was not disappointed the Service, Pricing,Quality and courtesy shown to us was exemplary. No the owner is a perfect gentleman and someone I feel is completely trustworthy in what he offers and promises you. Finally pricing is very competitive with all kinds of floor coverings so why not give them a try I did and never regretted it one bit

Ordered carpets on Monday (15/5/23) was told they would be coming to fit between 8am and 10am today (20/5/23) so got to my new flat for 10 to 8. 10am passed so I called at 10.15 they said someone will be here between half 10 and 10.45am Its now 11.25 amd I'm still waiting for the carpets to arrive amd be fitted. No phone calls to say they're running late or to let me know what's happening

Brilliant from start to finish, I had 2 bedrooms, my dining room, hall stairs and landing all done. Really helpful in store, helped us choose what flooring would match what we had in the dining room and it looks lovely. Carpet fitters and the herringbone fitter we’re all really polite and did a great job. Will be using again when I need the other rooms doing. Thank you for everything :)

The prices in the store are misleading as they don’t include VAT, so the price you pay is 20% more than the price you see in store. I ordered a carpet that I thought was going to cost less than £200, but somehow it ended up costing over £500 with fitting.
