  We had a canter track put in end of October using Carpet Gallop and I can't thank them enough. The whole experience was just brilliant and their customer service was great and they answered any questions we had. The surface has been absolutely fantastic even in the -8 conditions we had for 10 days it didn't once freeze and we were able to ride on the track any time of the day during the cold spell which was amazing when trying to keep our event horses fit! I would highly recommend Carpet Gallop.

  Avoid at all costs.As stated in another poor review they ask for monies upfront, so quick to take your money and that’s when communication stops, then they totally ghost you, communication is appalling.This is sad as they come over really lovely people, & so helpful. Twice they let me down, costing me, due to machinery brought on site and having to extend the hire, first time they didn't bother to let me know as i had to call them, second time i got a email, but still unable to deliver. I agree with the other reviewer, Staff are well trained to deliver excuses and attitude completely changes when you cancel order due to no delivery and request refund. Still waiting for a refund, even though Mark had agreed it, but still No Refund. Don't payout without having the goods, as in the case of the other reviewer who struggled to get their refund as i am now. Such a sad situation as it doesn't have to be this way. So beware.

  (Translated by Google) 1st time I post an opinion on google, but there I have never seen so much incompetence. This "company" is to be avoided at all costs. Floor ordered in July 2021, with deposit paid. No news for weeks. In October 2021, they end up telling us that the balance must be paid before being delivered (which was not agreed at the start). They announce the delivery for the beginning of December. They make us sign the customs papers. Finally, there is supposedly a carrier problem, the material is in France but delivery postponed to early January. Last week, still no delivery, and on Friday, Jenny Rawlins sent an email at 3 p.m. with a paper to sign for customs (for a material supposedly already in France). Form that we have already signed before (have they lost it?) She says in her email to return the signed form as soon as possible! We finally received the material on Friday January 27th. Very bad surprise: First there is waste in the bags (plastic...) then the floor is very dusty. But above all there is no time for the quantity needed: they had given us an estimate for 22t of material and we only received 7.5t. It's a disaster for us, we can't end the career These people are dishonest, avoid at all costs (Original) 1er fois que je poste un avis sur google, mais là je n'ai jamais vu autant d'incompétence. Cette "entreprise" est à éviter à tout prix. Sol commandé en juillet 2021, avec acompte versé. Pas de nouvelles pendant des semaines. En octobre 2021, ils finissent pas nous dire qu'il faut payer le solde avant d'être livré (ce qui n'était pas convenu au départ). Ils nous annoncent la livraison pour début décembre. Ils nous font signer les papiers pour la douane. Finalement, il y a soit disant un problème de transporteur, la matière est en France mais livraison repoussée à début janvier. La semaine dernière, toujours pas de livraison, et la vendredi, Jenny Rawlins envoie à 15h un mail avec un papier à signer pour les douanes (pour une matière soit disant déjà en France). Formulaire qu'on a déjà signé avant (ils l'ont perdu?) Elle dit dans son mail de renvoyer le formulaire signé le plus vite possible ! Nous avons finalement reçu la matière le vendredi 27 janvier. Très mauvaise surprise : D'abord il y a des déchets dans les sacs (plastiques...) ensuite le sol est très poussiéreux. Mais surtout il n'y a pas du temps la quantité nécessaire : ils nous avaient fait un devis pour 22t de matière et on en a reçu que 7.5t . C'est une catastrophe pour nous, nous ne pouvons pas finir la carrière Ces gens sont malhonnêtes, à éviter à tout prix

  A company that wants to sell a product with salespeople who do not pick up the phones do not answer WhatsApp and.no top of that, they answer badly to potential customers is a company with a lack of professionalism and credibility. The first thing a company has to take care of are potential customers and serving those who have already captured the product well can be fantastic, but if the marketing is not good they company is not reliable and here in Spain the marketing it's lousy.

  Carpet Gallops staff are the most helpful and lovely people. The many questions and enquiries we had for them, they never failed to answer back with detailed and informative answers and always make sure they made the best effort to help in any way they could. We have chatted to them on the phone a few times now and they could not have been more helpful and friendly. We got they Gtech Combi surface. They were super at informing us when the loads should be delivered so we had enough time to arrange the unloading and spreading etc which was amazing. The bags were full to the top with a brilliant quality surface! Both layers were rolled once they were spread. What a surface!! I cannot believe the difference it has made for safety of riders and comfort for the horses. I ride 4 horses on it everyday and it hasnt needed any more maintenance since it was laid first which is brilliant. The horses are all so relaxed and comfortable on it especially as one suffers with a splint and he has never been in better form since we got the new surface. And I feel so much safer as a rider on it. I am absolutely delighted with the service Carpet Gallop have provided to us and I would recommend highly to anyone looking to resurface an arena or starting fresh to go with Carpet Gallop. They are always there to give any advice and guide you on which of their surfaces is the best fit for you! Thank you so much Carpet Gallop!😊

  Excellent Service Excellent Service, Staff were extremely helpful and flexible as I was having difficulties with accepting deliveries on suggested days but they were extremely accommodating. My GTECH surface is amazing and my horses love it!!! Highly recommend this company!!

  Contaminated product sold by crooks!!!!!!!!Please please please just avoid this company and save yourself thousands buying this product and thousands having to remove it. Do some serious research and see through the fake reviews.
