from the very beginning we had problems with this company, but we decided to give them a chance and now I regret it . Firstly, they did not come on the agreed day for fitting of the carpet, I had to wait another two weeks because they couldn't give me earlier time even if that was theirs fault they didn't come on first time. they offered me a discount because of it. for 3 weeks I had to call them every day and try to find out when they will be able to come and do it for me. After 1 month in total they finally done it ! than for the next week I was calling to find out when I would get a refund, each time the manager promised that he it's going to call back and give me more details and he never did. I lost a lot of money and time for this company. I strongly do not recommend !!
