I wanted Amtico flooring for a recent bathroom renovation. I visited John Lewis but they had no staff in store to help and a limited range. I visited this shop after checking online that they did stock Amtico. They had a really extensive range, were really helpful and let me take away samples. When I ordered they were again prompt, helpful and able to arrange local delivery.

Provided carpets and stair runner for two bedrooms and hallway. Nice products and good prices. The customer service was good throughout with helpful advice and lots of understanding and flexibility when we had to move our fitting dates last minute due to a major leak. We are very happy with the results having now had our carpets for a couple of months.

Stay away. These people just want your cash, fast, and couldn't care less about customer service. Further an intense email exchange finally agreeing quote and fitting day a week after, I called 3 hours later to pay the deposit (they don't have an online facility) to be told that the provisionally booked day was gone in favour of a cash paying customer. So if you're working on a home project juggling many suppliers/contracts, do not trust these guys, they'll just want your money and will not hesitate to let you down in favour of whomever pays faster.

I can't fault these guys at all. The staff in the shop were friendly and recommended a cheaper carpet than we'd originally picked out. The price quoted was extremely reasonable and they were able to fit it in just over a week. The fitter did a great job too and was very professional. Would definitely use them again.
