Carpet Express not only delivered on their promise, installation date in 7 days, they gave me a 30 minute arrival, carpet fitted in an hour. Unlike Carpet Right who are totally useless, their so called software selection program picked out the wrong colour. Carpet Express’ Will gave me a slot date, prices are all inclusive, top man 👍👍👍. Not only he satisfied the customer, he fulfilled as a business owner, by going the extra mile, in pleasing the customer. These guys are very busy, so be mindful in selecting a installation date. If there’s a cancellation Carpet Express will give a prior phone call. It’s been over a week since Carpet Express fitted my carpet & I totally love it! Even the carpet fitters are friendly, passionate about their job, professional service.

Now that the flooring job at our flat in Pimlico is complete, we wanted to share our appreciation of all the excellent work of the Carpet Express team. The job was to remove old carpet and fit new vinyl flooring over seven rooms across an area of around 900 square feet. The flat is from the original Cubitt-designed Victorian era and these days nothing is straight or flat! The floor undulations required several layers and careful installation of the Amtico, which Daniel carried out with care and professionalism. Stuart is one of London's top beading experts and executed the finish around the edges with great neatness and technique. The work was done to a very high standard, and the workmanship and professionalism is now there for all to see. Tony and Jack have great client-facing skills and put up patiently with a few changes of mind on the selection of flooring colours and patterns. We are happy to recommend Carpet Express for vinyl flooring and we would be happy to share some pics of the finished work on request

Carpet Express fitted a beautiful wood effect laminate floor for me and I could not have been more pleased. The whole process from selecting the flooring in the showroom, the guy who came to measure and Bradley and Mark who fitted the floor was so easy. Bradley and Mark showed great attention to detail and were polite and courteous. They were completely trustworthy and I would certainly use Express Carpets again. Thank you for providing such an excellent service.
