Contacted Roy just before Christmas and he called today 6th January. Our 7 month old Bearded Collie pup was chewing his bone and accidentally chewed a small hole in our brand new lounge carpet. Although the carpet fitters hadn’t left any remnants in our new build house, Roy miraculously was able to repair the carpet. Absolutely brilliant job and it was like watching the BBC Repair Shop! Fabulous outcome thank you. Would have no hesitation in recommending Roy if you have similar problems.
