We needed an end of tenancy clean during the Covid-19 lockdown including carpet and oven cleaning but with furniture and personal belongings still in place. Communication with Lisa was really good, she always responded quickly with pertinent information. She has good lockdown processes - there was no face-to-face, with a key drop-off at either end of the cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and of good standard. The carpets had been cleaned well, the blinds were cleaned, the inside of windows and patio doors and also the outside of the balcony doors too. Along with the expected, standard cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. Good value for money. Very pleased with the service received.
