We received a first class service from start to finish with Castle Carpet, Binley and highly recommend this company. We needed flooring to continue the Quick Step Pulse Vinyl fitted in the hall in 2017 through to the kitchen. First contact was by email to check that the product was still available and once confirmed we visited the store where Jay went out of his way to help us and prepare the quote. The product was ordered and meanwhile the fitters, Gordon and Dale visited to check on the existing floor and substrate to reveal that it needed levelling to which we agreed. The product was ordered and convenient fitting dates agreed. Gordon and Dale arrived promptly on day one to apply the levelling compound and again on day two to lay the floor. Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding and even managed to make the transition from hall to kitchen match seamlessly.The floor looks amazing and really enhances the new kitchen. So if you need any type of flooring, especially high end products like Quick Step, there’s only one choice - Castle Carpets every time!

Thank goodness for castle carpets especially Rob.the contracted fitters didn't turn up.after numerous calls the day the fitters were supposed to turn up.Rob who works at the shop came after work and fitted my bungalow with the carpets I ordered.i must point out the fitters are sub contractors and not from the shop.Rob thank you so much you did a great job.
