Had the fist and second floor of my house carpeted by Carpet Base. The stair carpet is fraying at some of the edges. There is bobbling happening in most areas. So far nothing has really been done to fix this.They keep saying they will, but nothing yet. They said the bobbling has to be checked by the manufacturer of the carpet and can take up to two months. I don't feel this is reasonable and will never use this company again.
