    TL/DR: I dropped in on Carpe Diem BJJ in London and had a very good experience. 10/10 would recommend. I am currently in London for a work trip and needed a gym to drop in on. After some recommendations here and Google, I chose Carpe Diem BJJ. I was the only woman on the mat, which is something I am used to. But I am coming back after hiatus because of pregnancy, pelvic floor dysfunction, and ab separation. The instructor, Leo, took time to ask me before class if I had injuries and then even came by during techniques to help me with my positions since hip mobility is a huge issue for me right now. Leo even talked to me after to tell me his thoughts on my style and where he would have me focus, which was super awesome of him. I really appreciated the whole experience and highly recommend this gym to anyone passing through.
