All dogs staying at our boarding kennel will receive daily exercise as part of their routine. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact the pet owner immediately and seek veterinary care as soon as possible. Carol and co are lovely, and absolutely brilliant at accommodating both my needs and my precious doggy’s needs- we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our dog has been visiting Carol since she was a tiny puppy, as we were keen to get her socialised during lockdown. Have not personally used their services with our dog, however we had some enquiries and discovered that they employ a body of staff, which we decided wasn't for us as we wanted a personal touch for our pooch. Today I overheard one of their staff members shouting at one of the dogs they were "Caring" for and said "you are my least favourite dog". Between the lack of consistency of staff members looking after the dogs and one particular person who didn't really show their "least favourite dog" a particularly "caring" service I would probably recommend looking elsewhere at some of the other fantastic dog carers in the area.
