Adrienne, Monika and the team were so genuinely wonderful, friendly, honest and give you the most personal experience you feel so special! As a body conscious person I was dreading the dress process but they made the whole experience so fun and I felt totally comfortable and understood the whole time. Choosing my dress from Caroline Castigliano was easily one of the best decisions. From start to finish, their service was exceptional and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. At first, choosing my dress wasn't easy all of the designs are beautiful and so many of them match the style I had in mind. Lovely dresses and lovely staff! Adrienne and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me with the dress search. Due to lower budget and limited time left to the wedding, I was looking at sample dresses. Unfortunately, did not settle with the dress here, but I would recommend this place to anyone who's has the right budget. Good luck to the team!

I recently visited the Knightsbridge store for my first wedding dress try on and had a fantastic time! I went in without knowing what style I wanted and Adrienne helped me to understand the shape that suited me most. Adrienne was friendly and welcoming and made my first experience trying on dresses unforgettable. She was so knowledgable and showed me so many options (some of which I never thought I’d suit but they did!). Myself, mum and maid of honour left the store with smiles on our faces, having the store to ourselves and a glass of bubbly made the whole experience one to remember. We can’t thank Adrienne enough for a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

The team at Caroline Castigliano are fantastic. I felt like Adrienne wanted to get a real grasp of the type of wedding we were having so she could show me dresses that would be right for the day. Throughout the process they were extremely patient, kind and helpful and my dress was everything I had hoped for on the day. I almost bought the dress through one of their stockists before visiting the Knightsbridge boutique and deciding to have it made by them directly, it was worth every penny. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Caroline Castigliano in Knightsbridge not only gave me my dream dress, but also a fantastic experience. Working through Covid and beyond, the team were professional and skilful as you’d expect, but also very kind and patient when accommodating me and my bridal party throughout. Whether it was holding the phone whilst I zoom-called my mum so she could see the dresses, or feeding the girls champagne as I was expertly measured once we could all be in the room. And the end result… well judge for yourself.
