She mentored me by taking me under her wing, allowing me to watch her client fittings and gave me suggestions about pricing, suppliers and business strategies. She also rescued me a couple of times when I was completely stuck! Caroline has been a great mentor to me and I felt that I could literally ask her any question - I still do on occasion! She has an incredible wealth of knowledge that is well worth tapping into and I would recommend her as a great tutor for anyone starting out in the bridal industry.

Being new to the whole experience of a wedding and having a dress altered, I was so nervous that my dress wouldn’t fit, or perhaps it didn’t look as great as I remembered when I bought it months before. Caroline was lovely and absolutely amazing, taking my worries away and helping me feel incredible in my dress. She made me feel so welcome and was excited to see the dress and cape, which made me feel excited too! Where do I even begin? I bought my dresses online as going into a store just wasn't very me! I needed some alterations done and came across Caroline! Well, what an absolute angel! I was SO nervous about having my dresses altered as I am very OCD.
