I have asked Carole over a number of years to translate documents of mine into French. She has always been prompt, thoughtful, reliable and a very good communicator. I have always been able to rely on a fast turn-around, which is sometimes crucial when dealing with bureaucracy. I would not consider asking anyone else to do this, as long as Carole is available.
