Tried adding a motorcycle, but people on the phone were just incredibly incompetent, so why bother calling up? I was told that it’s impossible to add no claims bonus to my quote - that’s a first one I had. Do not recommend, if adding motorcycle is so cumbersome, I don’t want to think what their claims process looks like.

I just payed a motorbike insurance through express insurance service witch is also provided by Carole Nash and they have discounted the money from my account but no document was sent, no certificate, no policy number, nothing! I really think I was scammed, don't trust this company!

Rang up to notify change to a personalised registration, charged £35.00! “Admin” fee for what was 1mins worth of work! Had no choice but to pay at the end of the call as had already swapped with DVLA. Surely this is just part and parcel of running a brokerage. Never in 20yrs of having personalised plates have I been charged to notify. I certainly wont be renewing next time round.

Avoid like the plague, got quoted tvia compare the market, Carole Nash took my money, then there was a problem, took ages to get through, I cancelled over the phone, and should receive a refund within 7-10 days, a week later I get a policy come through saying that I haven't called and they want more money! Tried phoning again, not getting anywhere. They are thieves.
