This morning was the morning of my mothers funeral, my cousin and I walked in and waited for the lady to get off the phone. Once she did she barely even came out of the room, I asked if she had daffodils as they were my mum’s favourite and in a very blunt tone she says “no, they’re not in season” and turns away before I had even finished my sentence, I then asked if she knew where I could maybe get any from and quite rudely she says “no” whilst her back already turned. Prior to the way she responded I’d thought if there were none I would have purchase different flowers but she was so dismissive I didn’t want to stay in there another moment. This may seem as a minor offence on her behalf but because my emotions were so high given the day it really altered my opinion on the shop. It was already an awful morning and her rude and blunt customer service had just added to it. The flowers in the shop were beautiful, but the lady not so much.

I received a beautiful dozen yellow roses for my birthday. Sent from friends in Canada and I just wanted to say I am delighted with the condition and health of the flowers, I really doubt I will be finding 2 or 3 falling over when I check on them tomorrow. Very nice, thank you .

I ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday. The flowers arrived fresh and beautiful, and my friend was delighted with the bouquet. However, there was a small hiccup with the delivery (human error). I called the company and the matter was resolved immediately and to my great satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and have the most beautiful flowers

Do not order same day flowers! I ordered same day flowers for my friends wedding anniversary and rang at 5pm to ask when they would be delivered and was told they were delivered an hour ago. I checked with my friend who had not received them and rang them back and was then told they were doing them now and they would be delivered shortly. It is nearly 10pm and no flowers have arrived. Such disappointing service and they lie to their customers too.
