I’ve been training with Carol for nearly 2 years now and I’ve never felt stronger. I have a Pilates reformer session once a week and a HITT Pilates session as well. No 2 sessions are the same and I always come away feeling like I’ve done a full body workout. My goal wasn’t really weight loss but just to feel fitter and stronger, which I certainly do.
