So Just over a year ago i met carol at a mind body and spirit show she worked wonders on my plantar fasciitis in my foot so decided to book a full session in to see if she could work on my leg alignment my leg was massively out of line where i could stand on one leg straight and swing my other leg without it touching the floor after just 30mins i was back aligned and to this day im still aligned and no walking wonky and no leg shorter then the other im sooo greatful to carol for this as i suffered with this for years with no help from the doctors carol is amazing id recommended her to anyone thank you carol you changed my life ❤️

I first met Carol Ann at a Mind, Body, Spirit event near to where I live. I booked a taster session in Emmet therapy and was amazed by the results, which were virtually instantaneous. My friend also booked in and felt instant relief from her hip operation. Mine focused on my shoulders, and they were much more flexible following the treatment. I was even able to do a move that I’d never been able to achieve before in Pilates. Hence both myself, my friend who’d had the hip operation, and another friend all descended on Carol Ann on Saturday for a full session. We all felt the benefits but speaking for myself it was fabulous. She released my sore neck, which remains so much better, helped with my deep breathing and realigned my spine following a bout of covid (which can apparently affect the spine). Apart from the therapies she does Carol Ann is a mine of information on such things as exercise and health tips. I highly recommend her, and I’ll certainly be going again!

l had a bit of back trouble and sometimes found it difficult to bend when working. i found the website by chance and thought i'd give holistic medicine a go as prescription tablets only masked the pain but didn't get rid of it. after 4 sessions of The Emmett Technique the pain disappeared i can't explain the process it just went...something to do with pressure points worked a treat
