Carnival is very colourful and soothing to the eyes. The theme is neo-American and cocktails are tropical. All in all it was a nice place but the food was not as good as it looked ie undercooked steak and rice. Prices are high especially for hookah, but it's a generally nice vibe.

My first time here was in the summer of 2022, I did a night out with my friends from Leeds for my birthday, and they all loved it. We made new friends as well. Everyone was super nice, the door staff and waiters. The music was lively and diverse. The place was closed after summer, and I am happy they are open and better. It's now fitted with heating to keep you warm during the cold season. A must visit if in Manchester. Did I forget to mention the cocktails? You should see for yourself!

Tried to come here during a night out. Walked up to the entrance to what was clearly a half full bar, to which the bouncer asked if we could stand to the side as if to queue. Waited 30 seconds there to then ask again in case I misheard and he still said stand to the side. This felt like a bouncer’s power play more than anything which I despise, so we chose to go elsewhere and made this person aware that he had lost the sales of 3 people, thanks to his ego.

I visited just yesterday and never again! I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to in order to post my review! WARNING to potential customers always check what you are paying for as I only ordered a shisha (£35) and was told the transaction didn't go through (it did) then was made to pay again (£15) for somebody else's order. Clearly something dodgy going on in this place. Can not even say the service is nice yet they had the nerve to charge me £5 without asking. Went with a group of people after a meal in Boujee (same management just so you know)! and there was not enough competent staff working. I had to queue up twice just for a shisha. Tried to speak to the manager but she was too busy letting men push in the queue to pay any attention to the mass of people at till complaining for service. Rant over. I emailed to address the false charge on my card but no reply will definitely be reporting this place. Don't say you haven't been warned people

2 stars only because music was nice, can't say the same about staff and customer service. I've ordered 3 desperados and 3 tequila shots at the counter. After 30 minutes of waiting I've decided to check on my order as it was taking way to long to literally open 3 bottles of beer and pour 3 shots... Apparently they've ran out of Tequila (or never had any) - yet I was charged for it. After speaking to a bartender, he offered me a different spirit instead - fair enough, but still feels a bit weird that my order wouldn't even be made if I haven't approach bar counter by myself. Not the best experience, especially when you pay £35 for that... Probably won't be coming back.
