Bristol depot useless, no delivery estimate time but if you aren’t in they just take it back to depot (even if they have a key) - any excuse under the sun not to deliver your order, say they don’t check emails or voicemail for orders after 4pm the day before (no other supplier I’ve ever used purposefully and consistently refuses orders). When it does arrive 1 in 15 bags of mozz goes mouldy in a week. Depot manager is consistently rude and acts like they’re doing you a favour. Seems to enjoy not fulfilling customer orders. Lost my business and after having spoken to industry peers I’m not the only one who’s ditched them. Shame as the London depot used to be incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond.
