Super cool Harry Potter shop with everything a wizard might need. Gets quite paced though so expect to queue at the door.

Visited the shop in March, paid for some goods, but staff said I never paid: "the computer says no", even though I showed them via my banking app payment had been processes (pending). Left the store with no goods and no money. Complained and was promised a goodwill gesture (the original purchased items) and a refund which a few months on and despite apologies has never materialised. I would suggest the shop is re-branded: The Shop that must not be visited. At the very least I suggest pay in cash. But, if this happens to you, call the Police but do not leave without your money or goods.

Overly priced, man! It's sad and disappointing as I was planning on buying so many things from here especially a wand or two as gifts but seeing the price tags caught me off guard. At least it should have some student discount or something. The shop's ambiance is quite magical if I'm being honest (being a HP fan).
